Hongkong domestic shipping
We provide free shipping for the purchase of HKD 500 and above. We will be shipping the product within 2 to 3 working days of your order. The order should reach you within 7 to 10 working days of your order.
For an order below HKD 500 a shipping cost of HKD 40 will be charged at the checkout time.
International shipping
At the moment we are not able to cater to customers based out of Hongkong. Nevertheless, in case of a bulk order reach out to us and we will try to make it work out for you.
Returns or Exchange
7 Days Return
Exchange or return orders must be placed within 7 days of delivery. The tag of the product must be intact and the merchandise should arrive unused and undamaged.
The returned item refund will be initiated upon receiving and checking the item. Refund should reflect within 48 hours of when the item is received.
Return cost
In case of exchange or return the shipping cost of $40 should be borne by the customer. You can Initiate the exchange or return request on our link.
Returns and Exchanges
We use SF express for our delivery, returns and exchanges. However, we can get the product dropped to you and picked up if you live in Tung Chung , Hongkong.
